LED grow lights - Any good?

As above..... been looking at some LED grow lights (red/blue).

Anyone use them? How good are they? Can you use them solely on their own, or do the plants need some natural light also?

Buy an HPS. In a few years, LED might be mature. Its not ready for the bigtimes yet.

yeah they are def not ready to grow with

they are super expensive, dont have good results and require other cfls or hps anyways

i use 1000 watts of led power over my 75 plants. I grow the biggest buds you can think of.











Okay, i cant do that with a straight face, dont use led's

ok i grow with leds i got my grow light from ledwholesalers.com
i bought a 225 led grow light panel red/blue 50$ it works good not as good as hps lights but it works well with sog and no heat great 4 grow boxes

LOL you paid $50 for 225 LEDs? I bought the same panel for 24.95 on eBay and a 650 RED LED stop light for $40...damn your shit is expensive..

Yeah I understand that now haha but looking back at it I'm glad I didn't spent quite that much for it but I didn't find it hard to get it at a cheap price. I wish I never paid anything for them lol
