LED distance and cycle

Hello again. I had to restart from last grow. In a 2x2x5 tent, Now I have a White Widow Auto Fem from seedsman that is 33 days old today. I just added 600 watt Minger switchable LED and put the other LED's for side lighting which are 19 watt Feit from Home Depot. My problem/question is the instructions with the light state not to have the light on more than 10 hours daily and to have at least 12 inches away. This seems kind of a weak distance as from past experience it stretches out the plant and reduces yeild. First time having a better LED light, so worried my thinking is still stuck with CFL method, and I'm running out of space. Appreciate any suggestions to work with what I have.

invest in a cheap lux meter and take some readings and report back. We can dial it in perfectly then

Problem indeed, Autos need 18hrs light per day, 12" seems close too unless the LED is weak which means poor harvests.

HPS 600 Watt, it is more or less 600 Watt.
While 600 Watt LEDs could be
1) 60*10 Watts LEDS
2)120*5 Watts LEDs
3)200*3 Watts LEDs
4)True 600 Watt
As information from the market, the actual power consumption could be as lower as 100Watt
100 Watt 600 Watt it is total difference.

Do you have more data like PPFD at 12" or Lux in 12". It would be helpful for more suggestion.

1) Not more than 10 Hours, 12 hours is necessary for flower. What if only 10 hours? What if 18 hours for Veg?
Maybe the light is too hot to have to rest after working 10 hours.

I have it on 6:1 red/blue ratio at 16 hrs daily and 6" distance. I only have another 10" to move lights before I'm out of room, and another 35 days at least according to specs on the seed. It's in a 2 gallon with Ocean Forest fed Botanicare CNS17 Bloom, temp stays 77f 37% humidity daytime.

Attached image to show the specs they layed out.
