Im setting up my first grow. Trying to do everything descreetly to avoid attention. I need advice in a couple of areas but i dont know if you want me posting them all in one thread. Lights and descreet air venting out window being the main areas

I will be setting up a 4x9 tent and also a 4x4 veg tent. Ive read around and as it seems most people are running 8-10 plants in setups like this. Would appreciate some thoughts on that.

As for light i want to keep things as cost efficient as possible, but still having good yields.

Ive thought of a setup running 3x 600w cob cree CXB 3590. They run 60cm in lenght each with leds going 2x2x2. Any thougts of this setup, and perhaps people could point me in similar looking grows that would be greatly appreaciated.

Happy Growing

Here’s some of what I’ve learned in the last month of reading.

Generally, when flowering with LED’s you’ll want 30-35 watts per square foot, unless running co2 in which case you might want 45 watts per sq ft.

Some popular options include strips, quantum boards, cobs, and pucks. You don’t have to pick one type, you can have some of each.

Some resources:

HLG horticulture lighting group - quantum boards
Ledgardener.com has a forum and some detailed information strip builds
RapidLed has some good kits and info. (I just ordered some ChilLed logic pucks from them for my flower space)

Have fun!
