Led - 2x2x4 Veg

I am looking to get a veg cabinet setup

I am going led UT am unsure of current best options. Am I better off with a Cob (Citi1212 5000k) or a strip like the rapidled rooter.

This cabinet will veg Max 4 plants for Max 5 weeks.

I also need minimal addition of heat as things are perfect now and I don't want to change my environment more than I need to.

I built this using 2 inch profile heatsinks from heatsinkusa and solderless neutral white XML2s from rapidled. I mounted it to the roof of my small veg cabinet. It covers a 30" x 48" area and draws about 65watts. Took about an hour and cost maybe $150. I replaced 3 2' 4 bulb T5 fixtures and went from 286 watts to 65. The plants love it, too

Oh yeah, no heat too.
