I'm going out of town for a week and i have a windowsill grow. I am growing in soil and am wondering if they can survive for a week unattended? I am using natural light...

You won't use much water this time of year in a windowsill
So I would say yes

They will get very thirsty and probably wilt really badly, but shouldn't kill them. Soak them before you leave if you cant organise an automatic watering system before then
