let the fall off when pulled lightly the plant is using the nutes in it so dont take them till the plant is done with it.

Unless it is badly diseased, your plant will use the remaining plant matter in the leaf as nutrients for rebuilding elsewhere on its body.

Insted of asking weather or not u should pull them, how about asking why r ur leaves turning yellow and drooping...or u can just keep plucking leaves till u have a plant that looks like a plucked turkey....kinda sounds like ur over watering, though it is hard to tell without pics.
if plucked the leaves looks like a bold turkey they were bad il put up some pics and could u tell me wats rong i got them in little black bags as lones in jiffy pots then in black bags put in room for 1 day went yellow then i transplanted they were root bound gave them some thrive fert now got grow zilla plants starting to look bit greener but not sure if going yellow again?
