Leaves with spotting advice

This morning i went to check on my hydro plants and i seen one plant had spotting all over it in 3rd week in flower,

Did you check the bottom of the leaves? The dots are small enough that it kinda looks kinda like mite damage but could also be Calcium or manganese deficiency. Have you foilar fed anything?

Looks like calcium probably from n tox

Haven’t foliage fed ever, never have given the plant cal/mag either should i do that? Half dosage?
