Leaves Too......Small?

Why are my leaves so small? I use Schultz Potting Soil with Extended food in it. I use a CFL that is 36watts. Package says gives out 180watts of light. Water like every two days. 12/12 light. Whats the problem? Please Help.

Be a little more patient man its just a baby right now and it looks perfectly healthy trees don't grow to be a hundred feet in a week it takes time things start small be kind to them and you will get adult leaves.

all good bro give it time try giving it 18 hrs of light this will be better for growth.

Well with that extended release crap you might run into problems later as it makes it harder to control the amount of nutrients your plant gets and often results in burn. When they get big enough to transplant into larger pots I would put them in some potting soil that does not already have ferts in it. And the 12/12 light cycle is going to make them flower super early if that what you want. If you want to veg them out and get a decent yield put them on 18hrs for now

Ok cool will do. So when it's time what kind of fertilizer do I use? And what kind of soil?

Check out the grow faq bro it will answer your questions and more. Use a high quality brand name potting soil with no added nutes. I mix my own soil with lots of well screened compost, pearlite, and vermiculite.
