UPDATE:
Avg. RH : 28%-35% (Trying to raise RH but it seems to be so dry...)
Ambient Tent Avg.Temps: 72-80
Avg. Leaf Surface Temps: 80-84

Just fed her two days ago:
Sensi Grow A : 1mL
Sensi Grow B : 1mL
B-52 : 1mL
Voodoo Juice : 1mL
Cal-Mag : 1mL

Here is the girl that is "tacoing" when I pressed the tops of the leaves they seemed very brittle and dry.

You can see her leaves are starting to get some brownish spots and the green is lightening

I also FIM'd her right before I fed her.

I don't know if it was bad or not, I should of consulted first... but the leaves were twisting and turning black so I trimmed them off to try and let the new undergrowth get light so they can grow out faster.... major setback. She still seems lifeless. Give her too many nutes?

that is called clawing and is from too much nutes. you may have ph issues also. stop molesting the poor little thing or all you will do is stress it out and slow growth. i cant believed you fimmed it already.

That plant does not need nutrients at all. What soil/medium? Light type?

Well she broke soil like two weeks ago...

Plus I'm using Sunshine Advanced #4 which has hardly no nutrients in the soil-less mix

Well I had to repot her because of fungus gnats so thought she might nneed a booster.

I have been using Sensi pH perfect so does that matter? I have a pH pen and my pH has been fine I believe...

I FIM'd her because she was healthy when I did it...

Her leaves are not starting to get some brownish/dark streaks on the leaves... the leaves feel like leather and are very brittle. (almost like a cracking)

Sunshine #4 Advanced is a lovely medium, and I am a bit surprised to see a plant in that condition growing in it.

The other thing I noticed is no indication of how much water received your measured nutes, and what the soln's measured ppm are.
For now, just water with distilled/RO water ... and as infrequently as possible. I'd add "overwatered" to the list of ills. cn

I was watering roughly 1/3L in the 18oz Party Cups. I don't have a TDS meter or I would measure the ppms. I'm assuming they were extremely high.
I flushed them both with pH'd water, so I will let them dry out.

and still could be just genetics. my papaya is a weak strain and no matter what ppm i give it has droopy/clawed leaves.

Last one is wet..heck at that size it needs a couple Tbsps on water.. Root system may be stunted.. Over water and over nute are the commonest problems.

That's over 10 ml each component per gallon! Big plants in late veg might not tolerate that even. I strongly advise you to get a TDS meter if you're gonna stay with soilless.

That plant can be saved. But it'll take some convalescing. I stay with my advice of water only (until signs of appetite set in) and water lightly. In the mean time, I would get a TDS meter (if I were you)! cn

<add> I am also growing soilless. I'm currently feeding my older plants (over 5 weeks old) approx. 550 ppm and it's still a bit more than they really want.

Agreed....
And water when dry but not too dry. I like to lift pot/cup for weight and get a feel on how fast shes drinking. Also I love my digital water meter for scrogging when I can't lift or tilt pots to get a feel on how heavy.
