What comes to mind is root system is not being able to breath ph is out or over watered ,, most likely cause is osmosis leafs cupping up is like in nature wanting water your soil can be to hot or you made a mistake feeding them the curling down is caused by the plant begining of being limp more or less i suggest re transplant into new fresh soil main cause is the plant is not breathing properly the curling up is from heat and plant being exhausted
and osmosis is really your problem so your problem lies in the root system not being able to keep up ? or equalize water pressure its getting rid of water faster then it can take up

What comes to my mind is that he is SERIOUSLY overwatering them (how often do you water them, be honest and how much) and second it looks like those leaves are hotter then freaking road in the summer. Whats your ventilation? They "taco" because they are too hot, and they look like after a heavy rain forest becaue you overwater them bigtime. Let me breathe bro becaue you are going to kill the root if you don't let them have some oxigen.
Can you live without oxigen? :P No, you cant, don't force the girls to do it.

Lol sorry about the harsh response, this sativa si freaking killing my brainz!

My Ppm is 1250 (don't tell me it's too high cuz I normally average 2+ per light on magnum xxxl and amazing quality) my ph is 5.6-5.8 and I'm using Rockwool 6x6. I'm doing the same thing I've done for 6 years just in a new building. Also I'm running top feed drain to waste every other day

How are your room temps? Whats the water temps? Lay a gauge on your 6x6 blocks and tell us the temps. Theres a chance your roots are getting to cold.

Same strain? Just checking incase you got a new more sensitive.

Other than that, check them roots for pythium. It is the plague and can show like that.

Looks like overwatering coupled with a phosphorus and nitrogen defiency most likely caused by lockout from a buildup of salt.

I would attempt to fix it by flushing the plants with ph'd water only. To get a base line. Then if/when they were to show n deficiency, I'd begin a lighter feeding schedule.

I just zoomed into your picture 400% to get a look at the roots on your tray, and your roots are NOT healthy. For plants those size you should have a fuzzy white ball. The rockwool on your cuttings has algae growing on it and the roots look brown and matted on some spots. If you have algae on those cubes then they have been sitting there a long time. I strongly think you have pythium, but the algae that is growing is also stealing nutes and messing up the PH in your root system.

Im doubling down on my pythium diagnosis because you have had successful grows for 6 years doing the same thing. That means something changed in your system and it does not sound like the change was caused by you. That leads me to think either bugs or a pathogen. Ive been battleing pythium for going on a year now so Im somewhat of an expert on it.

Also check for fungus gnats, they could be the cause of the pythium or attracted by it... either way they just make the problem worse and love the stuff.
