The damage on the first leaf looks like classic red spider mite damage, look for any kind of webbing around the tips and fringes of the leaves. But growing outside you get lots of bug damage on leaves, some worse then others. Even with plants right next to each other. Use a magnifying glass to view the underside and edges of leaves

So picked a couple leaves and checked them out, don’t see any major infestation but might be a few mites

Think I’m gonna start out with a plain water shower for a few days and see if I can wash them off before I use and chemicals

Any tips on best way to get rid of them ? I’ve never dealt with mites before and I’ve been f growing at this same spot of like 6 years

Go ahead, wash and pick off as many as you can.. I would start with Safer insecticidal soap or a mix of Neem oil and dawn dish soap.. Spinosad is another product I use but I hate to recommend it for outdoor plants.. It's a broad spectrum and kills bees..

Wow, thanx for that info, I was under the impression it was a bee safe product, narrow spectrum not broad. Many thanx
