leaves dying very quickly while flowering?

I'm in week 6 of flowering they bud's are so small but smell so good, I've had problems with my biggest plants for a while now. I just did a flush and started on a lower amount of nuts to try giving back to the plant without over doing it and give the leaves some more time I just wish I could figure out why my buds aren't as bigs as my one plant, checks them out see what u think. Using ph perfect technology 3 part fertilizer. 4 ,400 watt hps lights. And I feed then wait a day and them water if needed.

See here is another one of my plant at the same stage. Look at the difference. The buds don't smell the same ,this bigger buds smell spicy almost like peppery. the plant to the right of my hand holding the bud is the problem plant.

Could just be genetic, how far away is your 400w, but looks like a plant without enough light or water

I have a long bulb cfl running on the back side of the plant bc that side is facing the wall and I can't put a light there the other side is the hps and it's about 5 to 8 inches away just a nuff to keep from burning. Btw I rotate the plant in circles to try providing a nuff light to each side. I rotate about every week. The plant started doing this when I put. It in a 5 gallon bucket?. It had root lock. Then when I tell planted it, it went crazy and grew Atlases a foot before it started to flower and yellow.

I also mixed rocks into my soil to help with dryiged do you think the water is not starying still long a knuff when flowing through the dirt for the root to get it/water.?
