Leaves curling from light?

If my plants look like this does that mean the lights are too close? I just put them under a 400 MH, they have been under a fluro tube ,cfl and a 100w HPS (yes 100). They started looking like this about 2 hours after I put it up, the light is 12 inches from the tallest plant. Will they get used to the MH or should I back it up even more off the plants, I also put the back of my hand on top of the plant and it didnt get hot at all maybe a little warm.

Hello, Air ...

You have the light too close to the plants. For newly transplanted plants, keep your 400 watter about 2.5 feet from the plant tops. Then, over a several day period, gradually lower the light, then keep it about 18 inches above the plant tops. Also, careful not to over fertilize.
