Leaves curling down at tips!

My leaves started curling downwards at their tips, it started before I started feeding so that's not it, and then i thought who knows maybe somehow some miracle happened and the pro mix got messed up and had nutes, so i then tried flushing them, leaves still curled and now are starting to yellow the slightest bit at the side, anyone know whats up? Here's some pics of the girls, just bent over to start LST.IMG_20151124_194536.jpg IMG_20151124_194546.jpg IMG_20151124_194553.jpg IMG_20151124_195004.jpg

I'm not super experienced but it looks like overwatering to me. I would speculate you May be watering them just a tiny but too often and the flush probably put then over the edge. Add an extra day between your watering days and see if it improves.

The General rule seems to be that if you stick your finger in the soil, the soil should be dry 1-2" down before you water.

Edit:

This is novice speculation, but if your humidity is too high your leaves May not be able to transpire water effectively.

I'm sure someone more experienced than I will chime in.

Post an update as this progresses.

I thought this may be it as well, although i have never over watered in the past and did let it dry just as i have always done. But the thing is then it started yellowing a bit on the edge.

600w mh, bout 1 1/2 - 2' from the light, dont know what you mean by air circ? yes there is good circulation if thats what your asking. I'm pretty sure I have been letting them dry just as I have always done!! edit - temp around 21-24 rh 30-40 seemed kinda important to add in there

Directly from that page : " If your plant is experiencing "the claw" and not just normal drooping (the ends of leaves are curling like a claw or pointing down like talons), then you may actually have a nitrogen toxicity (too much nitrogen).

These Plants Are NOT Overwaterd, These Leaves Show Signs of "The Claw" which usually indicates a Nitrogen Toxicity
("The Claw", tips bent down, curling / clawing, dark green leaves) " This seems to be it, time to look up nitrogen toxicity.

Edit- Yes definitely what it is, don't know how this is possible, it started happening before feeding, I'm using pro mix, and have been the whole time, only thing the first pro mix i used was a bit different than this stuff, maybe possible it had a whole lot of nutes in it? Was just a small bag to suffice in 18oz cups until I went and got a bail of it! Was different though, less perlite and darker, absorbed a tiny bit more water than normal mix. And of course I just fed them again. (yes it was time for a watering, leaves were starting to droop from being too dry, becuae i was worried of it being caused by overwatering lol.) gaaah guessing they are going to get worse :/ What ive been reading about it though its more common in flowering and its not really possible to give them too much in veg, unless going way overboard on the nutes and this was happening before nutes, really weird...
