Ph of water ~6.4
Run off 6.4-5
temps low 80s at the most.
Sometimes get down to 60s though.

I THINK I might be overwatering them.

how often are you watering? you should only water when the top is kinda dry and crusty. a good way to tell is to stick your finger down the side of your medium, not in the middle cause it could damage the roots.but go down as far as your first knuckle on your pointer finger and just see if it feels moist. if soil sticks to your finger quite a bit coming back out then its moist enough.

Im still geting the hang of things myself but thats a good way to tell.

Also i had kinda the same problem on the plant im currently growing except the leaves were curling up like a conoe and i found out it was because they were sweating. So maybe yours is curling down cause your temps are lower then they should be.

as i said im still learning myself so deff take anothers oppinion but thats just my thoughts. Correct me if im wrong anyone as i dont wanna give bad information.

Yeah, I'm thinking there may be some defs, but it is probably from over watering. Thanks for the help. I'll monitor them the next few days.
