Leaves clawing

Anyone have a idea why the leaves are clawing. I think it might be over watered last watered Saturday. the top of the soil is still wet. It’s in a 20 gallon smart pot I was using two gallons of water at a time. But after two or 3 days the plant would start wilting. So I used 4 gallons of water on Saturday. I still didn’t get any water run off with 4 gallons of water.

Way too much nitrogen. I'd flush some water through the medium to leach out the excess and see how the plant responds. Just to much fertilizer.

I haven’t added any fertilizer my buddy’s dad mixed the soil. Should I try flushing it even though the soil is still wet on top. Last watered Saturday and it’s still pretty moist. It looks worse today most of the tops are clawing now.

OP if you can find out about your soil mix, what's in it and how much. It's good to know what's in it before you start adding your own nutes and risk worse damage.
