leaves are turning up?

So I've seen my leaves start drooping downward, but the other day the leaf tips started curling up. They are also kinda burnt on the tips but its not from my lights and I haven't nuted them in a few weeks. And on one of my plants that's topped, one main stalk looks great but the other is turning up and is kinda burnt? I'm lost here. Please advise?

Heat stress, move the lights up and cool it down a lil When they droop down they're overwatered, but that could just happen right after waterin for a bit.

I would advise to put up a pic!
With a little more info like dirt/nutes you using?
