Leaves all turning yellow

I already posted with my plants and I was told i was over watering because the leaves were curling so i backed off on the amount of water i was giving them. They are just over 2 weeks old and are growing in soil indoors. I've given them mostly just water until 2 days ago i gave them some nutrients. But now they're still all curled, but they're also turning yellow...

Can someone please help me get this straightened out? I was planning on transplanting them soon but i don't want to shock the plant if its already stressed from this. Thanks in advance!

id transplant i started 18 seeds n dixie cups and before they were even that size the roots were all bound up, i transplanted and waterd with phed water with some superthrive and it perked back up

how often do u water them ?if probs wait another week b4 nutes , what are your temps/humidity
