leave tips are curling up

ok heres the deal.. i have grown 4 to 5 crops each consisting of 24 to 30 plants but this grow something i have never ran into is happining....I have 32 plants each 1 week old today,,they are all starting there 3rd set of true leaves. The problem is that the leave tips are starting to curl up. I keep the temp at plant level from 72-76 and at 45% humidity. I have raised the lights and even dropped the temp to 70 and nothing has changed.....Oh and everygrow including this one i have used pro mix hp,,with added worm casting and dolomite lime.. I used distilled water and i ph it to 6.3 to 6.5...

So i really could use some help and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That is usually the result of not enough nutes or pH.

ok so do you think i should go ahead and start with ferts even though they are only a week old..I use the botanicare line and plan on using them this grow as well. and if i start nutes this early i should proly only go 1/4 recomended dose per gallon right?
