leafs drooping and edges are curling upwards?

leafs drooping and edges are curling upwards on my newer leafs, and the ver first two leafs the sprout right after germination now have brown spots on them

pictures are the links when you got this website of my plant, they were takin in regards to another thread topic but if you wanna see em any wany...
the plany just doesnt look healthy to me
