Leafs curling under help!!!

hi ever one im new to growing and one of my plants leafs are curling under badly.

im useing 125wat enviro light temp keeped at 68-75f all the time useing soil no nuts so far about 2 weeks old 6" pots 6.5ph water soil got perlight in it and holds water verry well its westerland with john inners compost

6-7 ph 6-7 nuts on the pack checked ph with water in it its about 6.7 good air flow 18/4 light auto flowering short stuff #1 seed is the problem one. here are the pics could be overwatering but i have stoped watering them for about 4-6 days now put my finger down and its moist a bit about 1-2 inch down .need help please.:spew:

wats ur relative humidity in the room. u said NO nutes, well wat kind a soil r u using, it could have nutes in it. and an 18-4 light schedule?? where do u live? im taking it 18-6, right??

no more watering!! 4-6 days no water and the soil is still damp an 1" or 2" down!!!!??!! surely you have holes in the bottom of the pot right!!?
 
i think it might coz it burned my other baby plant its got lost of fress air o big intake fans blowing on them 24/7 so do you guys think it is just over watering?
