I've searched a bit, and I haven't found any info about this.
Every time I top a plant the number of leaflets seems to drop. For example, I had a sativa dominant hybrid and her top leaves had 9 leaflets. I topped her, and the leaves that grew from the new growth had 5. A few nodes later they got up to 7, and that's as high as they got. She went into flower without ever getting above 7.
Anybody else see this?
