Leaf tip bends down

Hi.
Dwc
Approximately 1/2 strenght nutes.
Tap water 200ppm, nutes 300ppm
Total with nutes 500ppm
Water temp 68F
Air temp 73F
About 3 weeks in veg. some leaf tip begin to curl down (see red ring)
Any suggestions what causing it?
Not all leafs, but a few.

25-30%, a little low, I have the tent open since there is no smell yet.

That's your problem right there. VPD is off the hook. Get a humidifier in there.

A wet towel will help until you can get one in there, I've done it in a much larger grow.

Bought a humidifier today. Now RH is 80%.
I think she looks better already
