Leaf problems

This showed up the day after I watered my rooted seedlings and clones that are different strains. The seedlings are Black Banana x gg4 and the clones are Cookies Kush. I watered them the day before with first week veg nutrient and some michorhazae. It showed up on the seedlings first then yesterday I noticed a couple spots on my clones. I immediately just rinsed everything with ph’d water and today the seedlings are the same but nearly everyone of my clones are showing signs. It’s spreading quickly and freaking me oot a little bit.

This is what it looks like on the clones. Don’t know if it’s two different things. It seems to not be on the lowest leaves. These were dipped in Angry Johns for pest control and were due to be dipped again. I’m removing the effected leaves. Not sure if I should use some sort of fungicide like neem on the clones.

Thanks worried more about my seedlings I really don’t want to lose that Double Tap. But I appreciate any comments I’m going to give another day before I spray anything. Just defoliating the effected leaves today

I'm not a rockwool pro but why are they so green? algae?
