i have not run into such a condition before that was not light related so im rather stumped... any input anyone can provide would be of great assistance

Is it just one leaf? It almost looks like you rubbed against the plant causing oils to transfer to the leaf which will burn them under the lights. Now sure though but I have done this before messing with my girls.....

that leaf came from the outer most edge of my garden, it couldnt be further away from the lights...
however that is the edge that i have the heater on in my room....

i can understand the heat stress thing as trying to keep airflow going through a room when its 2c out and keep the enviroment in check inside the room, has proven difficult as a 2 deg air charge coming in, Really fucks with things.... i think the best that im going to be able to do is add more fans to create more turbulence to mix the cold/hot better.

its happening all over along one edge of my garden predominatly and slowly moving inwards, just so happens that one edge i speak of, is the same edge thats closest to the heater.... thinking im gonna need to add more fans in and drop the temps in the room abit

I get the same thing on some of my plants...always the ones closest to the heater, I was clueless for awhile as to what was happening but I had the same curve in the middle leaf with the exact same sort of necrotic spots. It gets down to about 6f here at night so keeping everything in the temp range requires a bit of extra work, I've basically got 2 options, heat my entire garage so warm air circulates or heat just the tent. I've since bought a 600w HID that I'm going to use in a smaller tent and vent it into my garage to warm the space, hopefully that will fix the low temp prob.

hey thanks for confirming this!
unfortunately im Unable to really do anything about it short of changing the fan controllers to start/stop style vs a scaled RPM style
the room i grow in is litterally its own building and intakes/vents directly outside so i dont really have the option of heating the air before entry unless i get a very pricey duct heater.
