leaf problem

no meter but this dirt is not dry

i also do the lift thing to see when to water still feels like it has enuf water
 
then thats the problem having the correct ph gives you no nutrient lockouts, as i see the plant is perty big it is needing essential nutrients at this point. AS you not phing the water there is a nutrient lock out
