Twisting is usually caused by pH fluctuations but also young plants can twist sometimes due to environmental factors.

I will be honest it does not look unhealthy to me, it's just young and it being a seedling you don't know if its going to grow weird or not. Some of my weirdest growing plants ended up producing the most & best buds.
