Leaf Problem! Cause????

My leaves are wilting like claws and I have no idea what the problem is. They we're doing fine outside until i moved them inside for budding.

I'm not sure if heat is the problem or if its nutes. Im more leaning towards nutes as of now though because ive been cutting down on everything that i can as far as heat goes from the lights. Ive taken the shades off, raised them as high as i can, and have even turned one off. None of this seems to be helping.

-I have 4, 125watt, Plant Lights is this too much or too little?

-their pots are about 3+ gallon pots, too small maybe?

-I havent used any budding nutes as of yet. And one IS starting to bud...

Could that or any of the above be the problem

Also this is my first time growing and i have no idea of how to figure out Ph and humidity levels. All i know is that if i keep my hand under for a while it doesnt feel hot or warm and as far as humidity... well there in a basement =/

Could be the first signs of dehydration. Nute burn would show quickly and with browning of the fan leaves. do a 1/2 mix of your bloom nutes and give each plant like 250ml one day, then two days of just water (same quantity). If in three days those leaves have perked up but you also still don't have burning leaves then increase to regular strength nutes but same feeding pattern. Just my $0.02.
