Leaf Miners? If so how to treat?

Not sure what I got but I think it is some kind of leaf eater, have not found the little bastard yet.
1st week of flower, can I treat the plants with any thing?

Just my $.02 but this looks to me like simple early leaf damage.... what I mean by that is this; while doing some low stress training, I got a little rough with some new growth at the top of a shoot. As it grew out, both leaves on the opposing sides displayed similar damage. FWIW
