Leaf issue

Trying to get this issue resolved for a customer, they are using a very cheap nutrient line and were overfeeding at one point but are only doing EC of .9 now. Also PH'ing
Any idea? I think they are too deep into flower to make any improvement by changing to another line now...

I am not sure from that foto, but more concerning thing is that seeds in buds. Maybe they are swollen as hell already so the leaf issue is not important since they are really close... better foto of the bud please
