Leaf issue question. Gnats?

Hey everyone! First post but I’ve been lurking for a while. About 1 week into my first grow and tonight I noticed one of my plants leaves looks like this. Would this be from gnats?

Thanks for any help. I’m hoping it isn’t bad.

It seems like a humidity problem to me, how moist is the grow room? When my cuttings' leaves dip down and touch the soil they slowly droop and turn brown / black like that. If its a parasite or mold etc. Id recommend more air flow, it'll deter both

Is there drainage in the cup? Holes in the bottom?

Yes it’s a solo cup with 3 holes on the bottom and in another cup

Normally the humidity is between 65-75%

Can high heat cause that? There have been a handful of days that have been in the 90-95F range

Remove it from the other cap and make sure it can drain completely. Elevated in a bowl or whatever .

Check under the leaves for anything that shouldn't be there
