Make sure your temps an humidity are ok regarding the curling up leaves. As for the yellowing try adding calmag to your nutes. Just a few cap fulls of calmag will turn yellow to green. SO BOTH SUGGESTIONS can not hurt and may solve this. Lower your temps and humidity and feed it some calmag 5mil in 5 liters or epsom salt one tablespoon in 5 liters.

Curling could be heat. But, when you say twisting (rolling over, exposing the underside?) it sounds like mg def. Especially when you say yellowing.

I wouldn't make a recommendation without seeing a photo under natural light. If it is mg def, all you need is foliar feed epsom salt 1 tsp/quart. Ph 6.5. No need to increase calmag if it's just a mag def.

I had this same issue and I use cocco so the correct ph is 5.5 for cocco... I simply put 4 mils of calmag and a table spoon of epsom salt in the nute mix and I lowered heat and humidity by increasing the air flow with a 10 inch fan and an interior clip fan... the girls loved it and no more curling.

Calmag works good, epsom salt mixed and sprayed to underside of leaves if it is a mag deficiency. It might be heat stress so check temps and how close your light is to the plant.

A few capfuls of anything when its not needed will turn any plant from green to yellow as well.
