Leaf curl after last 3 feedings?

Hi all
I started a commercial medical marijuana grow about 2 months ago, I use same stuff I use on my personal grow but for the last 3 feedings they curl their leaves under. First time this happened I sledgehammered everything! And seemed to fix so gave a little boomerang and seem ok so fed a light dose of feed and they curled again so SHammered again waited cal-nagged, seemed fine so fed medium strength (2.8 ec, before I got ec pen was feeding at 3.4 ec no issues) and only a couple curled so read here about 20% run off in pots so ran some PH adjusted RO water thru all plants and 1 FREAKED OUT!! It’s curling bad!!!!! Only the 1 all others r good. What the hell did I do?? Maybe a bad bottle of nutes?? I use all fox farms products,ALL. Dirt is 1/2-1/2 strawberry fields/cocoloco. First time this started was when I fed week 4 that starts adding the open sesame and that was first time I used the gringo Rasta PH-up. I fed with lights on. I can hear gravel like stuff in the bottom of tiger bloom bottle.

Any info will b greatly appreciative thanks everyone

Been reading and been flushing more cuz read one plants run off at 5210ppm on 700scale. Got it below 1000 and all other plants have been at 1100-1250 when feeding 480 but now I’m either staving them or still locked out, just skimmed thru a book on another thread and I have a plant to match every lock out pic. I try to keep ph at 6.4.

Will feeding them when the dirt is to dry do something bad? Maybe screwed up the media? If strawberry fields is considered media?? I have called FF and asked how to use their stuff they said I should b fine

By the way I started the commercial grow cuz I was growing stuff for my mom and somewhere down the fam line I’m told I should grow same stuff for cancer patients so 1/2 is Cream&cheese claims 20% thc 18%cbd other is brain OG high thc but the motivating and creative effects of that one and similar usually the ones keeping me moving when arthritis and 2 herniated discs get loud. Put a lot in it man and worried

You are essentially growing in coco (50% CocoLoco and 50% Strawberry fields, which contains 50% Coco)...you'll need to address your grow a bit more like a coco grow and not a soil grow, I would think. This means not letting the medium dry out, it means always being sure you have nutrients in your feed, it means managing a much lower pH (5.8, it means addressing your plant's Mg and Ca, etc, etc, etc. Good luck.

Ok sounds good to address that wish I knew how. That sounds to me like “to take the engine out u need to remove the engine” I can address it label it or whatever but do I add or subtract?? I ph the ro water with cal-mag to 6.4 which is 15 ml to about 4 gallons every time cuz the ph up I use is potassium and afraid I’m giving to much potassium. I do have nutes in water, that’s y they curled. Now I’m trying to find out if the nutes r locked up or I’m starving them. How do I “address” that? Is there a test to test “media” for lock out?? Will a chemical soil test work like one u put dirt in a vile and put water and a strip or drops in? Last time I fed was at 480 ppm cuz Fox Farms is telling me to do things and I’m seeing phosphorus def in leaves but is it cuz I’m starving or lockout? I ran about a gallon thru one last night and tested run off at 620 with zero in, that one is light green modeled leaves most others r dark green leaves and purpling stems so book says phosphorus. I’ve read all kinda shit but nothing on if can test for lock out. Fox farm media is ph adjusted to 6.5 and ur saying I should adjust feed to 5.8?

Thanks for the best wishes

I'm simply saying this; if your media, that you're growing in, is comprised of a high percentage of coco, you may want to look into how people grow in coco vs. soil / peat. The processes are very different and, if you have too much coco in your mix and you're treating it like a soil / peat grow, you may be setting yourself up for disaster. I grow in 100% coco, so I can't from experience tell you to turn left or right, I can simply tell you what I think and I would think that if you're working with too much coco and you're using liquid nutrients, you may want to look at how to grow in coco, vs trying to grow them like a soil / peat grow. I would also forget about what the manufacturer suggests in terms of your nutrients and go with what your plants suggest and at the moment they aren't happy by your report.

Ok apologies I didn’t know I was doing the soil/peat method. Schedule says use fox farms “soil” with the “soil schedule” so bought fox farms soil. I’ve grown in straight coco/perlite haven’t changed anything except the amount of plants. I’ve grown in straight SF, OF and Happy Frog from seed or cutting to harvest all did good on a couple plant grow. Only thing that’s different is the bottles of nutes. And my small bottle of tiger bloom has hard crystals like gravel in the bottom! Y I asked if a chuck of that would cause bad things.

I’m a little testy atm cuz I’m freaked out but I just went in and looked and they r growing like mad!!! Like getting tall or stretching maybe. They shouldn’t do that if they r locked up right? After ready that book download I’ve narrowed down to mostly phosphorus def. dark green with red stems then more abvanced yellowing spotting crisp edge leaves lower canopy. I’m going to try a full strength mix on a dark green one and a light green one with yellowed lowers.
