Larvae in soil

So when i watered tonight i noticed as i filled the pots with water tons of tiny larvae or some little critters squirming around in water as it soaked into soil, looked like tiny maggots, can anyone please identify what the fuck they are? And what to do to get rid of them, I've never seen them before on any other grow, only thin i have changed is adding fush shit soil conditioner, i cant get pics now as i cannot see them until i flood with water, try to gdt a pic of them on next watering, thanks for any help
