Large Hydro Setup, just a few questions Sour OG grow

Hello this is my first bigger scale hydro grow and my first time attempting the Sea Of Green Technique , and before i start putting everything into motion i want to clear a few things up. For my SOG grow i am going to be putting one mother under a 400w MH light and using 8 600w HPS bulbs for the flowering room im going to make half the room 4 weeks ahead than the other so i can make a harvest every month to make things easier. a few questions: The Cali Connection - 818 Headband Sour OG and Reservada Privada - Sour Kush 1.anyone tried and tested both variants of the strain? which one has better yield and taste/fragrance? 2.will the mother produce enough clones in soil or do i have to do hydro or even get a bigger light? 3.How many cutting should i put under each HPS light in the flowering room to make an efficient canopy? 4.How often dose the pump have to come on to fill the trays? 5.which is better to have the pump top-feed (little pipe at the top of pot watering) or just fill the tray with water? Thanks all in advance, and remember theres always a brighter side to life :)

All i can tell ya is one mother plant is not gonna keep up with 8-600watters.
Also think you need too read up on flood n drain.Drip feeders are nice but shoundnt be needed
the hole grow.

How bigs your trays?Guessing 3x3 under each light......GL

thankyou SOMEBEECH, i will be using 2 different trays each 2mx2m with one light per sq/m, am i correct? And i will start off with one mother and simply add another if it is needed by cloning it. And thankyou for pointing me in the right direction i will read up on flood and drain asap and update this thread. and yes maybe this is a bit of a jump since most of my experience is in outdoor growing (SPAIN- mediterranian climate) but i simply see it as just a learning curve. PS: if anyone lives in Europe Spain is the new amsterdam

I use WPSFT between 50- 70...There is a learning curve need basics before a OP like your talking about,IMO
