Lack of nutrients or not waterd enough?

as u can see my plants lower leaves are turning yellow and dying off. the only thing i can think of is lack of nutrients or not watering them enough. what do the experts think?

What and how much are you feeding?

maybe water to much?

only blood meal (12-0-0) during veg and just used some bonide tomato spray couple days ago but have only seen a little bit of progress since

I'm not a fan of anything with zero in it. Do your plants not need P and K? It looks like the soil is saturated and the composition does not provide much aeration for the roots. Looks like mud, not soil.
