Yeah, I was thinking at least another 2-3 weeks...she's still flowering quite heavily and the trichromes are clear.

I'm also proud to report that the pot will no longer stand without assistance....Tina is fridge-bound:)

I'm getting some white tips on a few buds due to light intensity...I'm thinking maybe I should put a diffuser over the light. Does this sound reasonable? I can't move the light or the plant, so I feel like it's the best option.

LOL

I got the same problem on my last grow man - there are 2 solutions i found:

1. rotate and move the plant around so lower parts of it were under the blue diodes (ie were further away) its almost invariably the blue diodes (or maybe cool white i guess, cant remember your setup) that are causing the bleaching. maybe you could rotate tina 180 degrees? Dunno how much itll help under your nice even canopy.

2. lower the ambient temperature. Bleaching occurs when energetic blue photons (especially) are turned into heat in the leaves/buds, so lowering ambient temps will lessen its' effect. I actually only began to get bleaching late in flower because we had a seriously warm spell compared to the frigid conditions in early/mid flower.

Well Snots, your post gave me the idea to turn off the blue vegging lights on the Advanced light. The Blackstar doesn't contribute much anyway.... I hope this helps:) Thanks man.

She's still in heavy flower and it seems like she doesn't mind the lack of blues. I'm betting two more weeks. Here's a side view:

It's a shame she home bound. It'd be cool if you could take a picture outside the fridge now, she must look pretty wild. She's a fatty :).

Yeah FranJan, I wish I could take her out of the fridge too. It's pretty hard for me to tell what's going on there in the back of the fridge, but it's a mess of buds.

Thanks man! 10 weeks is what I was thinking... and it's looking like she'll go for that at least. Her trichromes are still mostly clear and she's putting out lots of new pistils every day. Seems like she's got buds growing out of buds in the back. Tuesday night will complete her 9'th week:)
