l.e.d and 3 week old plants *Adivce please**

hi all just a question i need answered my ballast and both bulbs came but they sent the wrong ballast as i bought a digi ballast and had to send it back so my friend had gave me a ufo led light and was just woundering would it be ok to ut in or are they to young and may confuse them they currently under daylight fluoresent was just going to add this aswell

You can safely mix lighting. I started my seedlings with LEDs and augmented with CFLs. The only real problem is when you start changing how long they are in the dark. For all they know, it's been cloudy or something.
