Medical marijuana guidance

In what has to be the point we all need to take a moment to realize is just what are the rules.

It's legal or it isn't.

A person can grow a cannabis plant and not go to Federal Prison or they can't.
California can have a medical cannabis right or it can't.

PLAIN AND SIMPLE and don't let ANYONE tell you otherwise. If you're in one of the 50 states and you're growing ANYWHERE, the feds CAN arrest you and put you in jail. There is nothing else to discuss. On a state level that has legalized in medically, the state cops CANNOT arrest you if you are within your states laws and limits. I should say, they MAY arrest you but as long as you're within your limits, nothing in the end will happen ON A STATE LEVEL. If you're a dick to the police and don't just go with the flow and the officer HAPPENS to be friends with someone federal, I'd watch out.

TL;DR: Feds can arrest you NO MATTER WHAT. Grow quietly and don't bring uneeded attention to your grow.

It's a strange thing isn't it when our Government deals in shades of Gray...

That they are not able to lead us to a solution and choose repression and dysfunction..

Do you see my point?
