Hey all, been a lurker for about a decade now... felt it was time to share some new innovations that I have been researching and testing. Through my own first hand experiences as well as searching available current options aswell as talking with other cultivators... I have come to the conclusion that people are not taking into account how serious clean and uncontaminated air is that needs to be brought into a grow facility, that has not been set up in a closed fashion. This has led me to design and manufacture filtration systems with ensuing testing to confirm results. My issue with current intake/exhaust filter set ups is the majority of them are one time use, throwaway filters that take unnecessary manufacturing costs into account with the full understanding that the item will be thrown away after its 1st use. This conclusion has led me to design and manufacture my own particle catching design filtration system deemed the Sneeze box 1.0 as I have utilized filters that will effectively stop particles ranging down to mucus particles and other bacteria that has become aerosolized and would easily pass through competitor's typical max of merv 5 rated filters. So enough yammering, I will get to the goods... this is the 1st prototype Box of the 1.0 Sneezebox. this is being tested in a 4 x 4 Room as well as a cloning Room and in a comparison side-by-side test to a tent that has no substantial intake filtering. The improved differences are welcomed with open arms when comparing clarity of air and particles moving around inside of the growing facility. Box is constructed from 1/4" acrylic, utilizing a dust/pollen screen(washable), a pre-filter stack (washable) and (not pictured in prototype) a 2" thick hospital grade air filter(replaceable at extremely low cost) I felt as though I should share my innovations with the community. I am a cannabis consultant here in CA mainly focusing on small batch, high quality facilities in hopes to one day have all professional level facilities adhering to a standard of quality that I feel has become a bench player in this new game of cannabis growth. My designs can be altered during manufacturing to utilize carbon filters and proprietary scrubbing decks to properly deodorize the exiting, or recirculating air.
