yeah see i only have one plant and wouldn't wanna get busted for one. if i did get busted it would be for a monster grow lol might as well right?
yeah i meant gutter haha sorry i was in a hurry. my cup is translucent but it's green. should i still place duck tape? but only when i see roots right?
post some pics of your beauty. how old is yours and when are you deciding on planting it in the wild? good thing about mine is that i only give her sunlight no light bulb or nothing. so she won't feel weird when placed outside.

put the tape now or whenever you see roots through the cup, you might want to see how many reach the edge and what they look like. my baby is three weeks old as of today, i wish i was sticking around cuz i read i could flower her a week ago. two week olds flowering is nuts huh? possible i guess, but nuts. i have to transplant again and hide her somewhere ingenious, like up in a tree, some time this week. im woried when i come back in a week and a half she will be 2 feet tall and too big to hide in my room. my girl was started by sunlight for a few days, at least she will know what to expect. i wish i had my own camera but i have to rely on my friend to email me pics he takes of her from his blackberry storm.
So i made my own grow box with Kaleoxx's idea. except for mine might work a little better no offense.
I haven't installed a little pc fan yet but will do soon.

I would also like to know when is the earliest you can clone a plant.

im not sure when exactly you can clone but id say when you think your plant is strong enough to go cutting branches off at the nodes. id say a month or two into vegetation. box looks good, did you use aluminum foil or fire blanket? you should spend a fewbucks to throw a thermometer in there so you can see how hot it gets, and a friend told me to spend the money on a baromiter. i like how mine i could keep moving the light higher up so it was always two inchs from the top of the plant. ive already planed on recreating the growbox in an old chest i have in the attic, with fire blankets, a fan inside, maybe a few nutes and best of all, a LOCK. good luck with your baby

i was thinking about buying that but i can place my hand it it doesn't hurt so it's find. i rather buy a pc fan or something to strengthen the stem. she's growing pretty damn fast too.

hows your baby? i have two new little seedlings im working on. hows the box treatin' you? the little box is really only good for a few weeks of veging, i def need to rebuild mine bigger, by about 20x

sorry bro i've gone for so long.
my plant ended up dying because it fell over. i have seen fratus' grow box and i am gonna go for it. seems legit. how did Melanie do?
