Yeah. Typically you add 1/4 tsp/gal of it along with base nutes.
In this situation, use it @1/2 tsp/gal with nothing else. Meaning, don't add it to base nutes. Use it all by itself!
Have a good day sir.
Lemme know if I can be of any more assistance. :-D
Sorry for the pics with the lights on. Lemme know if you want me to snap some pics in the dark, to show you how green the plants actually are;-)
Don't get me wrong. I never said anything about your plants-you've got a nice setup growing there.

I ain't trippin dude;-)
Just trying to show that it works good is all.
I go back and forth from the Maxi to Floranova. Maxi is cheaper, floranova is easier to use(imo)but they both work equally as well.
I've messed around with ALLOT of dif nutes over the years, and I always go back to those two. Been doing that ever since those two one-parts came out.

dry kool bloom works great ,improves yields and ripens plants faster than w/out.. the liquid kool bloom is a waste,, i did side by side tests with n without kool bloom...liquid does nothing,, dry does well only used at a qrter t spoon per gallon for the last 2 weeks of bloom then u must flush for 3-5 days...spent many years doing tests on nutrients and aditives,, the top 2 are general hydroponics nova and maxi series...3 part nutrients are good but you have to learn the proper mix for the strain u grow and its not the mix on the bottles.. however plant life 3 part came in 2nd followed by foiliar pro...
Does it make the buds more dense

I've used both and can vouch that they both work. Always wondered about the micros in the maxi series, although I never really had any problems running it? The nova is expensive and I wonder why they have to make it look like mud lol

yes mixing is the big problem with both nova and maxi powder,, but both are great nutrients, ive never thought they wer missing anything,, not like advanced,, ive always thought that was definitly missing somthing ..but back to maxi n nova i have added cal-mag in a few cases growing larger 6ft plants but in sog ive never needed it..i also keep using the grow till the 3rd week of flower or i get early yellowing..1st week in bloom 1tsp per gal grow,,2nd week, half bloom half grow, somtimes a bit more grow if needed, 3rd to 5th week straight bloom, week 6 up ppm straight bloom, 7th n 8th week bloom plus kool bloom then i try to do a 3day minimum flush with kleen,, i love that it flushes plants wile cleaning the rez and flood table of salts at the same time.. making clean up as easy as wiping it down and spraying it off with hot water or a few drops of bleach to sanitize..

hey aero,,, changed ur avitar?? i loved the dog...i just changed my lighting after 20 years of hps n mh to ceramic discharge..im going to do a 3 run test on lighting if ud like to check it out...this run is 2 315 watt cdls...but over the next 3 ill do 1 with a 1k hps 1,000watts, 1 with 2 315 watt cdl's pluss 1 400 watt hps 1030 watts, then last 3 315 watt cdl's 945 total watts..all over a 6x4 table everything the same exept lighting,, so im putting the ceramic dischrge to a real test, no ifs, ands, or butts... cant wait to see results..

Maxibloom and maxigrow is good. Stop hating. If you can't grow good plants with maxi, then give up growing!

I don't believe anyone was hating? I asked about the micro content in the maxi series and aero and I had a misunderstanding. I am, however, still confused with the guaranteed analysis of the maxi? I know it works, I've used both for a brief period of time. I actually preferred to just use grow and not the bloom.

No worries. I was just trying to solidify the use of maxi series and it's cheap cost but effective results. Now don't get me wrong. All nutrients work. I just started using maxi series a few grows ago and was extremely hesitant. I repeat, extremely hesitant. But after checking the analysis, it's not too bad at all. I've used a few different nutrients over the years, dyna, gh, technaflora, veg+bloom... Others I can't think of off the top. But when it comes down to cost and ease, maxi is simple. And produces above par results. Now, there are other nutrients that I feel work better, but for the $ to yield ratio, I don't think it matters to much. If you get an extra Oz or two spending 100$ Extra dollars on nutes, and it doesn't bother the grower, go for it. It doesn't seem relevant for me so I converted to maxi (for now) for the ease and quality buds / price of nutes.

I have also tried using the grow only, but it's too much nitrogen in a few of my flower plants.

A combo I find that works well for all strains is 80% grow and 20% bloom for veg. 50/50 for first two weeks flower. Then straight bloom nutes. Plants fade way too early switching to bloom nutes at flip. I don't like it.

Don't worry about the analysis. It's all there, might not be in the exact ratio I want, but nothing ever is.

This is 7 weeks and just starting to show fade. Chop chop tomorrow. All maxi :)

If your gonna use kool bloom or any bud hardeners you half to make sure you mix it properly. When I used it i always used 20 percent less than recommend and I mixed it in a gal of fert before putting it into my 55 gal reservoir. I had great results with it.
