Ok this weekend i went to the cannabis march in toronto when i came home my plant was burnt cause it grew to close to the light, and had started budding. I twined the stock down to my ballast and my plant started groing buds perpindicular to the stock up towards the light, it looks kinda like how you make candles but upside down. so i cloned the underside because it wasnt getting enough light and would get less and less every day.

my question is if i put the light on the floor of my closet and suspend the plant above it will the buds fill out nicer because they're growing with gravity?

Probably not. Plants grow better fighting gravity than running with it. Besides if the plant "thinks" it's upside-down it's going to loose time reorienting itself. If you're running out of room just keep tying it off away from the light.
