"Our Plate series is our standard fixture running a 238W this light will be perfect to flower a 4x4 tent at a beginner level." Nope, sorry. It will flower a 2x4 quite well, no doubt, but not a 4x4, you would need two of them for that.

I like what they are doing - seems like they are using clones of Samsung 22" double row strips. I personally like the single row strips so you can space them out better.

I would contact them and ask what they mean by "sun spectrum"

I spoke with the guy once and he says sun spectrum is 4236k, I would preferably like to stay with one light for now and ideally it would be 3500k from what I've learned so far.

Edit> also he said the strips are custom made using high grade aluminum pcb-a and high end Samsung chips

I guess I could see myself going to a 2x4 instead of 3x3, 1 foot isn't a terrible loss for me if I'm yielding well enough.
