Killed the bugs, maybe the plants too :(

So I had some whiteflys fucking my plants up, and using a mixture a friend told me to use of soap, vinegar, and alcohol, this is what has happened. As soon as I saw it getting worse, I switched back to nothing but H20. I spray them a few times daily now, and have trimmed off the worse of the leaves. The only hope I have is that the new growth doesn't seem too bad. I have not added ANY nutes to my soil except a ring of coffee grounds to keep the slugs out. I hope they make a good recovery!

Lesson Learned! DONT SPRAY YOUR PLANTS WITH UNKNOWN MIXTURES! RESEARCH IT! INSECTICIDAL SOAP!

Looks like contact burn, so you'll lose those leaves and new growth should be normal.

Next time use a spray bottle and "1" yes 1 drop of dish soap, mist the plant & do this when your lights or the sun is going down.

I've killed spider mites this way and kept them away.

Make sure you tell your friend he is a giant deuchebag !!! Alcohol ? WTF!!!
