Actually, it is thought that the body did not leave by plane. Luggage was scanned before boarding. They may have passed it off the local henchmen. I expect that getting rid of a body in Istanbul is no major feat.

Of course he would say "racists are very fine people, even if a few aren't, some are". But really, man. Those racists who showed up that day were intent on defeating the police cordon and beating people up. The murder was because police finally stepped in and made the racist storm troopers look bad. The driver flew into a rage and drove into a crowd of peaceful people who were demonstrating against hate in the US. Violent KKK, nazi and alt.right are not fine people and only Trump fails to openly recognize it.
