Well I guess its a good day. Kessil hooked me up with 1 h380 to start from clone in a grow.

These are some brand new super power led penetrator lights. And I mean wow. 380 wats per 2 ft area. holy moly. with UV and IR. ok so enough of the blaa blaa. here the anticipated start of info.

wow what a week . 1.5 weeks into flower and it was time to transplant already from solo cup to 3 gallon bag. bottomed out in 1 week. holy shit. ok , im impressed SO FAR, nothing in dry box yet.

5 inches and 6 inches of root growth in 1 week. I have nothing but 1 kessil h380. Thats it.
here is a pic. If you werent impressed yet. Kessil sent me another h380. holy god. I cant wait till next week.

note these lights have a selector for bloom and veg in one light. Dont go running out to the store to buy a new light just yet. Lets see how flower works out. I will keep this thread running best I can. To keep you guys updated. 1 h380 is almost 400.00 and only 2ft coverage. but the par is incredible. check out the temp and humidity in the room. this is actually a Ice fishing shanty I used for a temp grow room. it is actually doing rather well. this may become a permanent room.
stay thirsty my friends!!!IMAG0350.jpgIMAG0345.jpg

I'm not familiar with the H380 but from your comment, sounds more like 90W per 2' x 2'. The plant growth is impressive though.
It is a strange duck for sure. it isnt a cree , it isnt a epistar. it must have 20 led's in 1 modular circuit. and a cone reflector on the inside. Im not a led farmer for sure . The only thing I really noticed is that one of the chips put out a monster par rating of about 2k in a sweet spot on the bottom. Im starting to think it would be good to set these at an angle. They sent me another light to add to the grow. I only split them up like we normally would. Im gonna leave it that way for a week . And then see if I cant get that one chip sent cross ways from both sides. I also noticed in the package kessil sent me. this was light 2 of 5 that they plan on sending me. So Looks like they are gonna keep sending me lights in an order for a reason. Again, I am not promoting this product or calling it superior or inferior. Someone is paying me to grow these for a reason. They say one of these lights is equivelent to a 300 watt hid. they are gonna give me 1500 watts of combined lights. If i get a lb per plant out of these lights. they arent getting them back.

Instead of paying people to test their lights they should lower then price down to where these are actually a viable Option
It's all advertising. Another note. What if they are good. Are they worth it for the power reduction. They end up paying for themselves. Also says 2 year warrranty. That's a first.
quality isn't cheap. Let's see what happens before we call them great.

the 350... 54 V * 1,6 A = 86,4 W (Dissipation W) (...i missing leds and driver efficiency at 1,6 A and 50ºC) to obtain PAR W....)

the 380... 19 V * 4,74 A = 90,06 W (Dissipation W) (...i missing leds and driver efficiency at 4,74 A and 50ºC to obtain PAR W....)

hey at 175 each for 350m/p is it better to get 2 350s@$350 or 1 380$@300, from a price vs performance standpoint? Have you used the 350s at all?
