kelvin/wattage combos for indoor hydro help please!!!

Hey guys i havent been on here for awhile ive been busy with my Garden I had some pretty good harvests for the bulbs i was using. Im looking to upgrade my lighting i still want to stick with the CFLS but my question is what is the best Kelvin/Wattage combo for CFL on a small one plant op??

A good mix for flowering with be 3 to 1 2700k to 6500k. Minimum would be 100 watts, but the more the better with cfl's.

If it were me, I'd go to Walmart and buy a 4 pk of 23 watt 2700k and a 4 pk of 23 watt 6500k and put all eight on it! it would cost around $20 not including the fixtures

thanks alot man i had some pretty decent buds from the first two harvests. I had the nutes,ph, humidity, water temp all on point so i def know that if i had better lighting they wouldnt be so idk how to put it fluffy i guess the buds on the bottom just werent real compact. so ima do what you said get those bulbs and a bunch of small lamps and give it a go
