Keeping things warm and moist

Question, because the ground is still cold my tent as a result is in the mid 60s or lower at night.
my new light system boasts warm and cool lights I can adjust.
Is it good to use UVa and the cool grow lights as a combo from the beginning? It helps keep the tent temp warmer.
With them both on (at 25% power) it’s 70 degrees, with just the cool light, it’s at most 66.
Thoughts?

Get some foam board or similar and trays. Trays on floor then pots on foam block. Keeps your pot at ambient temp and also elevates pot up out of runoff. 70 is still cool and you may need supplemental heat atleast until your light is increased
