Keeping humidity down when lights off.

My flowering time is from 8am-8pm....
When the lights go off my humidity goes up from 50% to 70+% ...
If I change my flowering time to 8pm-8am will having lights off during the day time help lower my humidity at all?

I stay in the California bay area. It's usually 80+ degrees here. During summer time it's 90-100 degrees. I have multiple fans spinning but I'm getting powdery mildew every run.

I have the same problem on the N Wa coast.. An oscillating fan and dehumidifier come on at lights out..
Keeps most of the bud rot away.. I also keep a thin canopy and pinch for smaller buds.. Hope this helps.. Neem oil works for mildew..

I use neem a couple times during veg as a preventive measure.. It is an oil and shouldn't be used on flowers..
You can use milk on a cloth and wipe the mildew off.. My main problem is botrytis or bud rot.. After each run I sterilize
everything with a strong bleach solution..

I use T5 lights to veg. Am I able to spray the neem on them while lights on ?
